SukNuh Catering LLC

We’re a young, local business based in Park Hill, and we’re still new to the farmers market community here. Since moving to the U.S. in 2022, we’ve been building SukNuh with care and purpose. We currently participate in the Huerta Urbana Farmers Market on Fridays, a pay-what-you-can market focused on food access in the Globeville Elyria-Swansea (GES) neighborhoods.

SukNuh began in November 2024 as a catering business, serving fresh, flavorful Indian dishes for events and celebrations across Denver. Inspired by that experience, we launched a weekly Meal Prep service to make chef-prepared Indian meals more accessible to busy families and individuals.

Now, we’re excited to bring our food to farmers markets—connecting directly with neighbors and offering authentic Indian starters and finger foods that are flavorful, portable, and rooted in culture.

We prioritize local ingredients, eco-friendly packaging, and cultural storytelling—creating food that feels like home and travels well.

Our goal is to grow SukNuh into a trusted local brand that builds community through food. We’re eager to expand our farmers market presence, host pop-ups, and eventually support job creation and community programs through our work.
