Prieto’s Catering
My name is Erika Rojas, and I am a mother of 5. I have been a cook since I was 8 years old. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and it is a big part of my childhood. My philosophy is that when you do something you love and feel passionate about, you always excel at it. Cooking is what I love to do, and that is reflected in what I serve. In addition to our food truck and catering services, we also have a sit-down restaurant on the lower level of the office building at 2851 S Parker Road, Unit 30 in Aurora, serving breakfast and lunch. We are open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. We look forward to seeing you!
