My name is Erika Rojas, and I am a mother of 5. I have been a cook since I was 8 years old. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and it is a big part of my childhood. My philosophy is that when you do something you love and feel passionate about, you always excel at it. Cooking is what I love to do, and that is reflected in what I serve.
