LA CAROLA

We are a local family business that sells natural juices, smoothies and fresh fruit bowls and we are looking forward to getting involved in our community in Colorado. Our food truck’s name LA CAROLA makes reference to the neighborhood my father grew up in Mexico. Where everybody knew each other and bonded really easily, turning into a big family. This has become our goal, to create friendly family-like relationships with the community through the enjoyment of our product and services. We are often located at “Esquina del Sabor”- the so called “Corner of Flavor” at Chambers y Colfax. You can also invite us to work at your events.
