CCWB advances three primary strategies – launching and growing worker cooperatives and other forms of community-owned assets; strengthening People of Color entrepreneurship by connecting existing businesses to resources and new markets; and engaging anchor institutions and organizations to leverage their everyday business practices to help close the racial wealth gap.

Community Enterprise Development Services, or CEDS Finance, is a mission-driven, non-profit, small business lender that also provides business support services to underserved business owners across Denver Metro. We work to remove barriers thus expanding financial services to those who’ve been marginalized from the traditional financial system; and empower them towards thriving businesses, families, and communities.

We are builders and innovators focused on serving Colorado’s smallest businesses including BIPOC, women, veteran, and rural-owned businesses in underserved areas.

Adelante Community Development

Adelante Community Development (ADC) is a non-profit organization serving Latino families and entrepreneurs. ACD is a group of committed leaders and small business owners convened in strategic planning for businesses and economic justice in Colorado.

Good Business Colorado

Good Business Colorado is a grassroots organization of values-driven business owners working to build a prosperous economy, equitable communities, and a sustainable environment. Our members believe that business success cannot be measured by profit alone and that true success means that our planet, communities, and bottom lines are all thriving.

Aurora-South Metro Small Business Development Center

The Aurora-South Metro Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is dedicated to assisting small businesses achieve their goals of growth, management improvement and financial success. Our host office is located in Aurora at the Aurora Municipal Center. We also have offices for customized training and consulting at the City of Englewood and the Thrive co-working space in Centennial. We serve Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, and South Jefferson counties, providing confidential and FREE one-on-one consulting — currently virtual only, as well as free or low-cost business training — currently webinars.

Denver Metro Small Business Development Center

The Denver Metro Small Business Development Center (SBDC) serves dedicated entrepreneurs who want to strengthen their path to success. Utilizing the powerful partnerships of the Colorado Small Business Development Center Network and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Denver Metro SBDC has been a cornerstone of the business community for over 30 years.

Minority Business Office of Colorado, Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade

The Minority Business Office (MBO) is a team of passionate individuals, partners, and clients working to increase economic opportunity for minority, women, and veteran entrepreneurs across the state. As a division at OEDIT, the MBO is strategically placed to leverage relationships with other teams within OEDIT that span every type of business and every type of business owner in every industry imaginable.

The Minority Business Office has an established network of public, private, and government resources that can be leveraged by businesses of all types and sizes to help businesses get in front of the right people and increase prospects locally, nationally, or internationally.

Slow Integration Coaching

In a hustle and grind culture with multiple priorities and commitments, slow integration is about going slow to go fast and finding ways to support ourselves and each other in accessing the beautiful, brilliant wisdom we have within.

Praxis LLC

Praxis, LLC’s mission is to provide our clients with transferrable insights and tools that can help them understand what steps to take to create equitable opportunities for the populations they serve. Without equity, economic stratification and social instability will continue to increase, and far too many systemically excluded will continue to be left behind. Many are marginalized economically, politically, and culturally without inclusion, facing bias and barriers when seeking essential opportunities for security and advancement. We aim to add to the capacity already created by your leadership by demonstrating how an equity lens and a community-tailored approach must be clearly understood, directly challenged, and fundamentally transformed to help all thrive.

Transformative Leadership for Change

TLC was built by and for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) leaders to transform ourselves, our organizations and the larger movement ecosystem so we can thrive in our leadership, build real power for our communities and see our visions of liberation come to life.

Our core program is a year-long fellowship for BIPOC leaders in Colorado-based social justice organizations. TLC also provides ongoing opportunities for fellowship graduates to access community care, build strategic collaborations, and leverage funding for their organizations.
