Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC (abbreviated KFR and pronounced KAY-FAR) is an owner-operated, veteran-, Black-, and woman-owned small business offering a unique alternative to senior and veteran living. We are committed to providing an excellent experience for our elderly residents by addressing common challenges such as lack of personalization, isolation, safety concerns, high costs, inconsistent care, and limited engagement.

Our transitional housing offers secure accommodations, personalized care, and community engagement opportunities. We provide clean and comfortable living spaces, flexible stay durations, easy access to resources, and respect for privacy. These elements create a supportive environment that helps residents transition to stable housing solutions.

Our homes are designed to mimic the warmth and simplicity of a Kenyan home. Inspired by our mum’s caregiving, we established our independent senior and veteran living facility to offer personalized care and a sense of community. We also offer pet-friendly options to enhance companionship, reduce stress, increase physical activity, and promote social interaction for residents and their pets.

Our culturally themed living exposes residents to Kenyan traditions, cuisines, languages, and art forms, enhancing their daily experiences. We dedicate 10% of any profits to wildlife conservation and support various Kenyan initiatives, including tree-planting, local artists, and clean water projects.
