Jazmin Valencia RDN LLC

Jazmin began her career in food with an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts, later moving from restaurants to healthcare. She earned her B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and completed her dietetic internship through Andrews University with a focus on vegetarian and vegan nutrition. She is now pursuing a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and currently works in both public health and one-on-one nutrition counseling.

Her background includes healthcare foodservice, geriatrics, pediatrics, and clinical nutrition. Jazmin believes in a personalized, culturally respectful approach to nutrition that supports lasting change. Bilingual in Spanish, she is committed to serving diverse communities.

Originally from Michigan, Jazmin now lives in Colorado and enjoys hiking, backpacking, ice fishing, and travel.
