International Spectrum Cosmetics

International Spectrum Cosmetics Company (ISC) was created for “Proudly Beautiful” women with hard to match complexions wherever they fall on the color spectrum. Our services and cosmetics are available to women of all nationalities.

We focus on skin undertones — pairing their exact equivalent in a variety of foundations & formulations — matching their individual skin types, being crucial to the equation. Our mission is to find out exactly what people want from their makeup and then to deliver it.

The other objective is our offering of complimentary lipsticks, blushers, and eye shadows to individual undertones. ISC is moderately priced cosmetics comparable to department store brands, but not their high prices.
