We are a Woman Owned and Operated dance and fitness space. We provide a community space in Aurora, CO offering culturally diverse dance and fitness classes rooted in African, Afro-Latino, Afro-Caribbean, Middle Eastern, Persian and Tahitian/Polynesian styles. We offer weekly classes as well as host monthly workshops to support and promote our respected BIPOC artists, educators and leaders in the community.
